3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

4. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) AND AUTOMATION

We employ advanced technologies to enhance our services. Your data may be processed by the following third-party AI and automation providers:

  • OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude): Used for automated customer support, content generation, and data analysis. Data shared with these models is anonymized where possible. We ensure appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place for any data transfer to US-based providers.
  • Google Analytics: Used for user behavior analysis and heatmaps to improve website functionality (subject to Consent).

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

5. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Hosting: Hostinger (Server infrastructure).
  • Payments: ICEPAY (Payment Gateway).
  • Logistics: Freight forwarders and courier services (for delivery).
  • Licensor: Kink-Cartel s.r.o. (Czech Republic) for IP and brand management purposes.
  • Authorities: Tax authorities, customs, and law enforcement agencies if required by law.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Some of our external third parties (e.g., AI providers) may be based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

  • Where we use certain service providers, we may use specific contracts approved by the European Commission (Standard Contractual Clauses) which give personal data the same protection it has in Europe.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
